Over the last twenty years, Michael has provided academic advising to students, coordinated curriculum reviews and supported adjunct faculty in instructional design and course delivery. He has been part of the radical change initiative of a rapidly growing tertiary level academic institution where a new programme management model, the implementation of a formalized teaching and learning model formed the basis of the transformation of academic operations and corporate rebranding.
Possessing a Msc. in Strategic Planning, and Post Graduate Certificates in Authentic Business Education and Arts & Cultural Enterprise Management, Michael is a seasoned presenter who is able to effectively communicate and motivate groups and individuals towards innovative action. He is also trained in Leadership having completed the 8-day retreat in the “Leading From Above The Line” workshop series.
Dr. Nneka Joseph
Industrial & Organisational Psychologist
Dr. Nneka Joseph is an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with a PhD from the University of South Florida with specializations in Management and Statistics. Her areas of expertise include the study and development of psychometric instruments, business analytics, consumer behaviour and career development.
Dr. Joseph has lent her expertise to several consulting interventions, which includes executive and staff recruitment and selection by using aptitude and psychometrics to enhance corporate interventions and yield better results. She also teaches Organisational Behaviour, Consumer Behaviour and Research Methods. Nneka also advises Masters and Doctoral students on their practicum and dissertation papers.


MWEIA ELIAS, MS, RDN, CPT
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Integrative Health Coach and Personal Trainer
Mweia is the co-founder of EMPOWER NUTRITION LTD, a consulting company that provides medical nutrition consultations, nutrition education and health coaching services to individuals, families, and businesses. Mweia is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health and use eating and exercise as medicine.
Mweia received her Master’s degree in Pharmacology & Cancer Biology from Duke University, with a certificate in Toxicology. She went on to become trained as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and then furthered her studies in nutrition by completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University.
She is registered with the U.S. Commission of Dietetic Registration, an active member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, and involved in the dietetic practice groups: Weight Management, Sports Cardiovascular & Wellness Nutrition, and Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine. She is also a member of the Caribbean Association of Nutritionists & Dietitians and registered with the Trinidad & Tobago Nutrition & Dietetics Board.
As a personal trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise, Mweia specializes in helping her clients take an integrative approach to reaching their goals – by combining the benefits of smart nutrition, functional training, and empowering lifestyle habits. Her goal is to empower you with the knowledge, strategies, and motivation to make healthy living practical and enjoyable.
Dr. Allison Y. Gibbons
PH.D., CFLE, Cert. Gerontology, University Professor
Dr. Allison Y. Gibbons, is a member of NCFR (National Council on Family Relations) USA; and the International Council on Active Aging, Canada.
Educated in Trinidad & Tobago at Mausica Teachers’ College, and in the USA at the University of Wisconsin, Texas Woman’s University, and the University of South Florida. Her career spans more than 40 years as a Family Psychologist and Therapist; Global Consultant & Master Trainer on Family & Social Development; and an award-winning University Professor.
Dr. Gibbons current focus is on the progressive and incremental changes that emerge during our adult years from the normal processes of chronological, biological, psychological, and social aging. Her goal is to help people at 50and beyond to consciously enter this phase of life, master the challenges and find the joys of getting older.
